Crypto Depositary Receipts (CDR) is a part of the UBIX.Network ecosystem. The main goal of the service is to provide users with a convenient platform for quick and cheap exchange of tokens. We achieve this via smart contracts connecting various networks. 

With the help of our service, we solve the problem of transferring tokens between different networks. The fact is that practically all ecosystems are isolated with communication between them being possible only through exchanges. In turn, exchanges dictate their conditions and often depend on government regulation. This translates into high transaction commissions. We aim to simplify and reduce the cost of such operations as much as possible.

To finance the project, we issued tokens under the UBCDR ticker. The first stage of financing was successfully completed. Its result was a fully functioning service that is successfully monetized. At this stage, the service works as part of Ubikiri. Already, six months after the launch, approximately One hundred thousand transactions have been processed. 

Now, you are able to exchange UBIX network tokens for ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum platform and vice versa. At the same time, the exchange of ERC20 tokens for UBX tokens (such exchange pairs as UBX (ERC-20) for UBX (Native), UBXE (ERC-20) for LSE (Native), UBXM (ERC-20) for MMM (Native), UBCDR (ERC-20) for CDR (Native) and UBSN (ERC-20) on UBSN (Native). These exchanges are free for the user. For the reverse exchange, we charge a fixed transaction fee depending on the gas price. In turn, all commissions are being collected. At the moment Ten million forty thousand UBX have already been collected. In the very near future, we plan to switch to daily commission distributions with the help of UbiStake service. 

The investors of the UBCDR tokens receive passive income. Namely, they will get part of commissions collected from all transactions on CDR. The income will be calculated in proportion to the share of tokens owned.

Now we are in the second stage of development, in which we plan to bring our service to a separate Web resource. Also, we will expand our exchange options by connecting additional smart contracts. The implementation of this stage requires Forty thousand one hundred and sixty USD. For this, we are putting up for sale Two hundred and forty-six thousand nine hundred and sixteen UBCDR tokens.
